About the course author:
All Generations' courses were written by Terri Richards, a registered nurse for 21 years. Starting her career on a hospital surgical floor, Terri has worked in case management, long term care, and home care. In addition to being a registered nurse, Terri owned a general foot care and pedicures business for geriatric clients, in facilities as well as their own homes. In 2003, she began teaching CNA courses and loved it from the start. She has now placed her passion on paper by offering these downloadable review courses for new or returning health care professionals.
